About Jason Hill

Jason Hill is an energetic entrepreneur and ideas man whose storied rise has taken him from Six Nations to prominence in a wide range of industries. For many Canadians, his best idea was to build a better burger. The result of his innovative approach to popular cuisine is Ohsweken’s Burger Barn, a favorite of locals and tourists alike that has been featured on The Food Network’s “You Gotta Eat Here.”

Jason began his career as an industrial painter. After beginning a family, he realized that reaching for his dreams required more. Within the next several years he created a string of successful businesses, including convenience and specialty stores, a wholesale confectionery supply outlet, a fueling station and a construction company. Many communities in the Six National Territory have benefited from residential and commercial projects of the company, Ace1 Construction.

Jason’s enthusiasm isn’t limited to business. Among his other passions are the beautiful Belgian draft horses and Clydesdales he raises, which have been showcased at a variety of equestrian events, including the World Clydesdale Show in London, Ontario.
